Williams Road Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a bivocational pastor to lead and shepherd our congregation. This role includes leading at least two weekly services—Sunday morning and Wednesday evening—with the potential to resume Sunday evening services in the future.

We are a small but devoted church family made up primarily of senior adults and middle-aged families. Though modest in size, our congregation is deeply committed to serving the Lord Jesus Christ and caring for one another. We are actively working to grow our youth ministry and remain engaged in a variety of missions and outreach efforts within our community.

Our previous pastor faithfully served for 16 years, and we are grateful for the strong foundation he helped build. He remains a supportive member of our church family and is committed to encouraging and assisting the next pastor in any way that is helpful, while fully supporting new leadership moving forward.

We are seeking a pastor who has a heart for ministry, a passion for discipleship, and a desire to invest in a close-knit church family. We look forward to welcoming a servant leader who will guide us as we continue to grow in faith, unity, and service together.
